1. How do I register on Goday.com?

Simply click on Create an Account and follow the prompts to set up a secure account.

2. I want to change my contact details, how do I do this?

Log into your account and follow the prompts to manage your Online account.

3. Are my details secure?

Yes. At GODAY we take your privacy seriously. GODAY does not store your personal credit card information so we will ask for this to process any returns.

4. Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?

Once you've completed your order, it will already be progressing to the next stage, so it won't be possible to change it. Don't worry. If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, you can easily return or exchange your order in line with our convenient Returns Policy.

5. What forms of payment do you accept on GODAY.com?

We accept PayPal and Alipay (in the future).

6. My order was confirmed but I have been contacted that an item is out of stock. Why is this?

On the rare occasions an item at our Fulfilment Centre may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we go to pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in these instances.

7. How can I track my delivery?

When you purchase on GODAY online you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

If you purchase more than one item with us these may be shipped out from different locations. In this instance you will receive separate emails with tracking numbers for each shipment.

8. Can I exchange or refund an item that was purchased online?

Yes, we hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free with the exception of our special exceptions items. Please noted, Shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable

9. How do I place a PayPal Order?

Select PayPal as your payment method. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalise your order. Once your order has been placed online you will receive two emails, one from PayPal to confirm your payment and one from GODAY to confirm the details of your order.

10. Where will my order be sent from?

We partner with other brands, orders will be sent directly from their warehouse.

11. I have only received part of my order, what do I do?

Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. You will receive a confirmation email when any remaining items are sent out for delivery.

12. I’ve re turned my order, when will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, the item(s) will be processed by our returns team. If we receive the item(s) in line with our returns policy, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3 days of receipt. But can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or credit card issuer.You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has been processed. Please be aware that some items are subject to a mandatory inspection by the brand and can take a few additional days.

13. What should I do if I received the wrong item?

While we take great care to pack your parcel with precision, on a rare occasion we may send the wrong item by mistake. If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the issue.

14. What should I do if I have received a faulty or damaged item?

If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the item so we can assist you.
